Customer Pick Up Orders

Customers may choose our Customer Pick Up option during checkout.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is available for pick up. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please call us at 8332-939-8640 before coming to pick up your order.

A copy of your order or shipping confirmation is required for Customer Pick Up.

Customer Pick Up orders will be available for pic up at our Stafford, TX facility.

Pick-Up Hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm   Monday – Friday, except when closed for Holidays


We deliver most orders to our Houston are customers on our delivery trucks.

Generally, orders are delivered with-in 2-3 business days after fulfillment.

There is no charge for local Houston area delivery for order over $500.

We ship orders to customers outside the Houston area via USPS, UPS, freight lines or other available methods.

We ship to the continental US only.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Generally, orders are shipped with-in 2-3 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the shipping method selected by the customer during checkout.

Residential, remote area, inside delivery and other accessorial charges may apply. These charges may not display during the checkout process. If these charges apply, they will be added to the total order cost and billed as applicable.

By placing an order on our sites Customer agrees to pay all applicable shipping charges.
